FOLLOW THESE STEPS
1.Download and install the SDK , ADB , FASTBOOT AND unlock the bootloader .
2.Download the appropriate factory image from here for your device.
3.Unzip the file you have downloaded.
4.Verify ADB is working. Type ‘ADB devices’ into a command prompt or terminal.
5.Reboot your device into fastboot mode (adb reboot-bootloader)
6.Navigate to your download directory i.e. c:\nakasi-jwr66v\
7.type ‘flash-all.bat’ for Windows and sudo ./flash-all.sh for Linux.
8.Wait for some time so that Android 4.3 can be flashed.
